The Crumpwell Stud was founded at Crumpwell Farm Oswestry, Shropshire in 1975. The current location is at Dyffryn Brodyn, 10 miles north of Whitland, where the stud commands views over the Preseli hills, Swansea Bay, in beautiful South West Wales.

The stud owes much of it's success to Skellorn Daylight, who when shown won many of the major shows, and has won the Royal Welsh Progeny Class on three occasions. His offspring form the basis of the stud, and many other studs, having left the stud with ponies with an abundance of bone and extravagant movement. |
